Superb Service
"I purchased a Tube Amplifier from Ebay that had been described as New and unused. However one tube had broken during dispatch. This was replaced, but within minutes the Amplifier failed. I was unsure if it could be repaired but I took it to Colin, more in hope than expectation. Although I could have returned it I decided to try and get it repaired. After a while I received a phone call from Colin letting me know that the Amplifier had been repaired, although it required quite a bit of work doing. I collected the Amplifier yesterday. It works absolutely flawlessly and far exceeded my expectations. I can only give praise to Colin and his Engineer for a fabulous job.
